Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

This standalone unit is in a quiet and family-friendly beachside court. The unit sits to the side of the main house with its own entrance, car park and courtyard. The beach is at the end of the street, so you can hear the waves from the front door! If you have any specific needs, please ask. We aim to welcome guests from all walks of life.

Grange Views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Parker's Cottage - Close to Timboon and GOR

A peaceful haven. Set in a tranquil garden, you will be able to relax and enjoy this charming two-bedroom cottage using it as a wonderful base to explore Timboon and the Great Ocean Road. Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Hut By The River offers a self contained cabin with 1 bedroom with a double bed, lounge area with a fold out sofa couch & tv. The kitchen has a bench space, fridge, microwave, electric pan, utensils, toaster, kettle & sink. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink & mirror. The balcony has a great seating area to kick your feet up and look at the beautiful scenery.

Yawnoc Cottage - Country Stay Woolsthorpe

Country Cottage - Escape to the country and enjoy a peaceful, friendly farm stay with rural views. An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

Close to everything the Great Ocean Road has to offer, yet tucked away on the beautiful Curdies River lies Villa Mala. 15 minutes from both Port Campbell and Timboon, Villa Mala is set on a beautiful 1.5 acre sustainably built property 150m from the famous Boggy Creek Pub, and just 300m from the river boat ramp and recreation area of Curdievale. The perfect spot to relax under the setting sun and enjoy the sounds of the local birdlife after a day of adventuring.
