After a five minute stroll you will be welcomed by boutique shopping stores, restaurants/cafes and the cinema. A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized. Parking is on the street or the nature strip.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
