This well appointed cottage has three large air-conditioned queen/double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The lounge room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood heater, Wi-Fi, smart television, stereo and DVD player. A variety of board games and movies are provided. There is a double lockup garage and carport for a trailer or boat. A covered entertainment with barbecue facilities provides a place to unwind after a busy day.

Set on a 4000m2 block on the edge of Toowoomba in a quiet street with amazing views to the West which can be viewed off the wrap around deck and veranda. I do have an additional house in Middle Ridge that sleeps 12, it may work better for you or for large groups you could book both houses. This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

Our house is situated in a great position just a few minutes walk to town, cafes, parklands, Quartpot creek, The big thermometer and tourist info centre. Can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 b/rooms.This can be 2x queen b/rooms and a double b/room or a room with 2x single beds.The house has air conditioning and a fireplace so you won’t be cold. Some firewood is supplied. We have a lovely terrace with views of Mt Marlay and the town. plenty of off street parking. Dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs.
