Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Three quarters of the house has water views. 2 bedrooms inside the home, and a bonus room detached from the house which features another sofa and tv, our home is perfect for small families or two couples. Somerset's a small town surrounded by big attractions. It's 18 miles from Providence, 25 miles from Newport, 40 miles from Cape Cod, and 50 miles from Boston.

Romantic Beach Cottage Getaway - Non Smokers only

Romantic Beach cottage built in 2017 on the beach of Ocean Grove in Swansea Mass on Mount Hope Bay with breathtaking panoramic balcony views. The beach is a 1 minute walk out back door. Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay. The tub is filled on every use and provides an automatic air drying purge for hygiene. Flip the wall flat screen toward the tub and relax.

Riverview beach cottage

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
