This lovely garden Studio with your own entrance and doors onto patio, is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. Piglets Place is tucked away in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Norton Lindsey. It is a charming converted pig sty in its own grounds, a real home-from-home. It offers a light and airy vaulted living space and cosy wood burning stove. A workspace and WiFi make it ideal for remote working. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. Outside is private use of the sunny patio and garden, a perfect rural retreat.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.
