A lovely Shepherds Hut in an AONB in the Cotswolds. A small but beautifully formed space with full ensuite shower room and loo. TV with some sky channels and a DVD player, USB charging point and a kettle. Towels and linen are provided. Fab views, great for walking or visiting local beauty spots. Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

Nestled within a bustling working farm, this shepherd’s hut offers a front-row seat to nature. Watch horses and sheep graze nearby and catch the GWR steam train crossing the viaduct from your bed. Outside, enjoy views of the Stanway fountain while breathing in fresh air. Fantastic walking trails connect to the Cotswold Way. There’s no WiFi here, so you can truly soak up nature. Plus, you can even bring your horse along—just send us an enquiry to check availability.

Fishermans Hut. Camping and Paddleboard.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to local amenities, within 30min on foot to the train station, town centre, Warwick Castle or Warwick Race course/Common and St Nicholas Park. There are two eighteen holes golf courses 5min drive away. It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...

Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
