Our website has lots of information about our area. A long driveway to the only cabin on a tiny peninsula connected by a very narrow driveway. A small, shallow private lake (no fish or motorcraft) crystal clear water. A row boat is available. Several marked walking trails throughout the property. An ideal place for reflection and enjoying nature. You will be off the beaten path. Out of respect for those who are looking for a natural retreat with lots of wildlife: No Pets, Children, Smoking

The Timberjack

Although it's a rustic homage to the lumberjacks and jills of yesteryear, this cabin includes many of the comforts we now enjoy including a queen bed, kitchenette with fridge, hot water, AC/heat, a Keurig coffeemaker, smart TV and charcoal grill. The Timberjack is surrounded by trees right on Lake Hayward and close to downtown Hayward. Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin, walk into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the ideal location!

Escape to our cozy retreat with a main floor private bedroom featuring a queen bed and two queens in the open loft. This unplugged zone (no Wi-Fi) invites you to reconnect with nature, along the Totagatic River. Enjoy board games, fishing, ATV trails, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking. Relax on the wraparound deck, by the fire pit, or savor local town charm. Complimentary coffee, teas, a gas grill, full kitchen, propane fireplace, air conditioning, and cuddly blankets are provided. Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind. Cabin is brand new as of January 2024. Host is 14 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however certain sizes and breeds are allowed by permission only. The cabin is on Bass Lake road which is a county ATV trail, giving you access to the areas vast network of trails. The cabin itself is recently remodeled. One and a half bathrooms and 4 beds with an extra fold-out makes it the perfect place for a family.
