The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. No kitchen. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

Grade II Cosy Cottage on edge of Exmoor

A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fruit and veg shop, bakers, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Pretty Cottage, Garden & Pool, Dulverton, Exmoor

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few mintues' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. During July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table. There's free, off-street parking.

Welcome to my cosy home in the delightful village of Bampton. Easily accessible from Tiverton Parkway station and Junction 27 of the M5, it is a great base from which to explore beautiful Exmoor National Park, Wimbleball Lake, and within easy reach of Exeter, Taunton and the north and south coasts of Devon. Bampton has great pubs, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. A great place for cyclists, walkers, guests visiting family or attending weddings.
