Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains. Algae or moss may be present in spring or summer, but it is a beautiful lake full of wildlife. Huge patio overlooking the lake.

Recently remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath lakefront cabin on Beaver Lake. Make sure to bring you boat/canoe/kayak, with two boat ramps within walking distance you will always have a spot to park when the lake is busy! :) Our cabin is within 20min of the University of Arkansas, Bentonville, and many other NWA hotspots. We also are within close proximity to many of NWA's great mountain bike trail systems.

Family Cabin near Devil's Den!

This cabin is rustic on the outside with all the amenities on the inside. Just 2 miles off of I-49 and 10 minutes from Devil's Den State Park. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive. You feel miles away but are just 25 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, 10 minutes from a grocery store.
