The Bearfoot Retreat Kingsport, TN

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.

Minutes from the Appalachian Trail, waterfalls, the Nolichucky River, Rock Creek Recreation Area, many hiking trails, paved {linear Tail) & Gomers Loop Mountain bike trails. Small unique library for your reading pleasure.

Our Country Home

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.

Our place is close to Burnsville, Roan Mountain, Mt. Mitchell, Penland School of Crafts, Blue Ridge Parkway and the North Toe River. You’ll love it because it's cozy & clean and close to great road and mountain biking, hiking, rafting, ice cream. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Secluded farmhouse nestled in the mountains, with a creek, pastures, barn and a cat named Whiskers! Lots of space to hike, picnic, look for wildflowers and wild life or just relax on the front porch. Centrally located to many mountain activities and towns of western NC.

Morning View Escape

Due to hurricane Helene, we do not have the perfect and beautiful views that we were so accustomed to. We are shutting down the Morning View Escape as a rental option. We so appreciate our guests and pray God’s Blessings on each and every one of you.
