The Red House

The Red house sits on a private lot. Step back in time when you enter this retro cabin. The Red House is close to the Bristol Speedway, a 20 minute drive from the oldest town in Tennessee, JonesbouroughTn ,where you can come for the storytelling weekend, or other Festivals around the area. Just a little over an hour drive to Beech Mountain. And other activities in the area. there is a boat ramp 3 or 4 miles from the property where you can unload a boat, kayaks, or fish from the boat ramp.

Enjoy this incredibly charming 1900 farmhouse that was completely renovated and recently upgraded with new AC units upstairs in each bedroom and a grill to BBQ on! Have fun with the game room, fire pit and creek at your front door. Watch the deer come by nightly, make s’mores, play a Ping Pong tournament or disc golf at Winged Deer Park 10 minutes away. Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
