The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, and all the utensils. While there's no oven, you'll still be able to whip up delicious meals. Only a 15-min. drive from downtown Greenville, you'll have easy access to all the city has to offer. Plus, as locals, we're more than happy to share our favorite recommendations with you!

Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Each room has individual wall units for custom temp control, living space has TV with Firestick for streaming and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Peaceful and quiet studio located 3 miles south of Ayden. 15 minutes south of greenville/ winterville. country setting 700 ft from Hwy 11. 1/4 mile from a large flea market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Ruku smart 43" 4k UHD TV, 34"x 48" large shower. 36" high vanity. 4'x5' closet. I strive to keep my cleanliness standards above industry standards. Remote controlled heating/air-conditioning. You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.
