Please read about the property and this description. This lakefront cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and Michigan Stadium (the Big House). The lot has over 100 feet of lake frontage. This cottage allows acces to Ann Arbor, a quiet peaceful dinner, and time around the firepit lakeside.Reasonable use of a pontoon boat is included in the rental (gas fee of $25). This is a cottage - it has low(er) ceilings, some bugs are about (we do not spray), and it has well water (softener).

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.

This newly acquired home has been renovated inside with unique kitchen counter tops, Acasia hardwood flooring on main level, refinished pinewood floors in bedrooms, new paint throughout, new A/C & furnace and more. This home has a touch of the old and modern. This is our second AIrBNB home, in the beautiful, private subdivision. Thus, if you desire an amenity that is not on premises, we may be able to procure it for you.

One of the best locations on Whitmore Lake. Located on a secluded point. Clean & sandy bottom for swimming. Main house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has one set of bunk beds. The lower bed is a full size, the upper is twin. There is a 'port a crib' with a mattress as well. Guest house with a full bathroom, laundry, efficiency kitchen, dining table. Upstairs in the guest house is a loft bedroom with four twin size beds, one full size bed.

The upstairs loft has a queen bed, couch and full bath. Relaxed setting for the family or 2 couples. 10 minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor.

A cozy, comfortable vintage cottage offering lake views. The property is embraced by the 21K Acre Waterloo State Recreation Area, one of the largest in Michigan. Take a hike, run or ski on the nearby trails and visit the Eddy Discovery Center, easily accessible via a trail just a few steps down the street.
