Welcome to RoJo’s Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is one full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas fireplace to stay cozy. Explore the river, enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away. While you’re enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and the sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil, secluded, and pet-friendly getaway. Situated at the edge of Pinckney Rec Area, you have it all: hiking, biking, swimming, and boating at Silver Lake. In the winter hiking and ice fishing! Pinckney (7 minutes), Dexter (12 min), Chelsea, (20 min), Ann Arbor (25 min), Brighton/Howell (25 min) This 450' cottage with a spacious feel is nestled in its own wooded valley. You can grill, make a bonfire, or just enjoy the quiet. Wildlife abounds year round.

The perfect location to explore the surrounding Pinckney Recreation Area, Potawatomi Trails, and Lakeland B2B Trail. A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe.... Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

Please read about the property and this description. This lakefront cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and Michigan Stadium (the Big House). The lot has over 100 feet of lake frontage. This cottage allows acces to Ann Arbor, a quiet peaceful dinner, and time around the firepit lakeside.Reasonable use of a pontoon boat is included in the rental (gas fee of $25). This is a cottage - it has low(er) ceilings, some bugs are about (we do not spray), and it has well water (softener).

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.
