Welcome to RoJo’s Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is one full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas fireplace to stay cozy. Explore the river, enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away. While you’re enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and the sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

Riverfront home! Eco-friendly! Beautiful 3 bedroom solar-powered home with large common areas, great for gatherings! Walking distance (1/2 mile) to local restaurants, shops, brew pubs and a historic cider mill (seasonal). Cycle, run or hike local parks on the "Border to Border Trail." Canoe, kayak, SUP or tube the Huron River Water Trail. Paddle from a local park right to your backyard! 9 miles to downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan. 10 miles to the "Big House," Michigan Stadium.

Please read about the property and this description. This lakefront cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and Michigan Stadium (the Big House). The lot has over 100 feet of lake frontage. This cottage allows acces to Ann Arbor, a quiet peaceful dinner, and time around the firepit lakeside.Reasonable use of a pontoon boat is included in the rental (gas fee of $25). This is a cottage - it has low(er) ceilings, some bugs are about (we do not spray), and it has well water (softener).

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.

Our property is the perfect place to start your paddling adventure with lots of nature to experience! We are in the heart of the Pinckney Recreation Area, home to the Potawatomi Trail. Great for biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The perfect place to sit, relax, and watch the sunset.

A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe… Connected to Halfmoon Lake chain of 8 lakes. Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 Kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

Access Half Moon, Bruin, Blind, Woodburn, Patterson and Hiland Lake all in one day. Recently remodeled. New stamped concrete sidewalk and patio. Three bedrooms, bath and a half for a family or guests. Large living room area, dining and kitchen area with an open concept that takes full advantage of the lake views.

Lake Cottage - Chelsea, Waterloo, Ann Arbor

A cozy, comfortable vintage cottage offering lake views. The property is embraced by the 21K Acre Waterloo State Recreation Area, one of the largest in Michigan. Take a hike, run or ski on the nearby trails and visit the Eddy Discovery Center, easily accessible via a trail just a few steps down the street.
