Located down a one-lane gravel road between Boone and Banner Elk, North Carolina, our home offers total peace and quiet minutes from High Country Fun. Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. Finish the evening watching stars and chilling on our covered outdoor patio.

Whimsical Guest House-Downtown Boone

This is a renovated guest house that was built in 1940. It has great 1940's features, like hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large scale windows. We removed 2 major walls, which opened up kitchen/dining room /living room, to one big space. The guest-house now has an open, bright feel, with a funky, mid-century decor. Our property consists of 3 acres, yet is only one block from downtown Boone. The outside setting is very secluded and natural- with a wooded hillside, creek, and huge yard.

Yes, we are open after the hurricane. The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. Harvest fresh herbs. 12 minutes from Boone. 15 minutes to ASU. Cozy, modern. Fast Internet. Pet free space. Adults only +(infants under 7 mo. Stocked kitchen. Tucked away in the treetops of one of TN's oldest communities on the border of NC/TN, come enjoy breathtaking sunrise views and seclusion in this little slice of heaven sitting 2 miles up Stone Mountain at an elevation of 4,233. Located near the Boone/High Country and Watauga Lake TN, close to ski resorts, waterfalls, wineries, trails and more. Overlook Nook will meet all your needs if getting away from it all, while enjoying spectacular mountain views and local attractions is your desire.

Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home and located above the garage. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

The Captains Apt

PLEASE READ only rented with main home. We will not respond to anymore inquiries unless you are already renting the attached home. Just off from the main house is a private apartment for when you need a bit more room and you don't want to sacrifice privacy. It shares a deck with the main house, parking in front, its own entrance with a key code. This space is only rented to those renting the main home at the same time. The main home can still be rented without renting the In law Quarters.

Cozy Crab Orchard Guesthouse Sleeps 6, Near Hiking

The Crab Orchard Guesthouse is tucked in the trees down a short gravel road. This 1 BR, 1 BA home offers guests a place to relax in or outdoors along the Crab Orchard Creek. Ideally located near hiking trails, historic Valle Crucis, the original Mast General Store & Annex, Valle Crucis Park, Grandfather Vineyard & Winery & the town of Banner Elk. There are 2 rentals on the property. The driveway/parking area is shared. Booking both properties together is an option. Dogs allowed with a fee.

Charming Cook's Cottage in Foscoe

PRIVATE SMALL COZY BEDROOM AND BATH COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE HIGH COUNTRY. IN THE HAMLET OF FOSCOE. YOU WILL BE SURROUNDED BY ANTIQUES. THERE IS A DOUBLE BRASS BED. A KEURIG COFFEE MAKER WITH REG. AND DECAF COFFEE AS WELL AS TEA AND A VARIETY OF BREAKFAST BARS FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. YOU MAY ENJOY THE ROCKING CHAIRS ON THE BACK PORCH OR SIT ON THE LITTLE DECK. THERE IS A BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED CATCH AND RELEASE POND OUT FRONT AND A YARD SWING IN FRONT OF THE POND FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.

Our cozy, clean, and stylish guesthouse has everything you need. This beautiful area is just 5 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 mins to downtown/ASU. Come and go as you please with private and coded keypad entry. Your private patio has a hot tub, charcoal grill, and propane fire pit. Full kitchen, comfy mattresses, and newly remodeled shower. Separated from our house by a large breezeway, with private entrance and no shared spaces. 25 mins to App Ski Mnt, 40 to Sugar, 60 to Beech.

The Alpine A-Frame

The Alpine A is a solar powered structure on a lean-to roof, built by Gary from the show "Mountain Men" on History Channel. A deck with gas firepit, small grill, a couple folding chairs. Inside is a small living room, kitchenette, toilet room, shower room, queen size bed, twin size bed in the loft, the couch is a futon sleeper. If you've ever wondered what a tiny home is like, now is your chance to experience it in the Alpine A! We are less than 7 minutes from Boone.

Mountain Getaway

This is a guest house,which is a Two Story 2 Bedroom house, separated from other part of home,with your own private entrance Sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 Has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has Two queen Beds.With a full shower Bathroom on 2nd Level. All Bed linings and Towels are provided. It has a Half Bath with washer and dryer on ground floor. A full kitchen with refrigerator ,stove and microwave and dishwasher and all cooking utensils .Living room area dining room combined area.
