Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. This cozy seaside cottage with sleep loft has the look and feel of an old classic yacht inside with modern amenities. Couples will love the water views, screened porch, gas-wood stove, heated stone floor in cedar bathroom, outdoor shower and patio. Another larger 2 bedroom cottage on property is for rent also for families with younger children. This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Beautiful waterfront home with unobstructed views of Oxoboxo Lake! Quiet area yet just 30 minutes to Mystic. Upper level has 2 cozy bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, a spacious living area with direct lake views, and a full bathroom. Lower level has a second mini kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and table, large living room, bathroom, and doors leading directly onto the lakeside patio. Lower level has a twin size bed in living area for extra sleeping space.

Stay at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac located half a mile from downtown Niantic with several beaches located minutes from the house. The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Sit by the fire pit, play Corn Hole or Frisbee Golf in our large open private backyard. Inside you will find big open spaces to relax with friends and family. Our house is perfect for everyone including your furry family member.
