Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Furry friends are welcome! Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from many of Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from Kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are a short drive from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

Beach House

Tucked away in South East corner of Ireland, we offer a chance to escape from it all in a private 1 bed cottage. Surrounded by coastal walks wildlife and ideal for bird watchers. We are 400m from sea and 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Nestled in the heart of the scenic Hook Peninsula, our home is a cherished gem steeped in memories of wonderful family holidays. Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. This cozy house is suitable for families with stair guards, highchair and a playground close by. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

So much to do at Benvoy. Have a relaxing day - enjoy the gardens, wander down to the beach or enjoy a drive or cycle along the Copper Coast. We also offer driftwood workshops. Or - walk amongst the mountains, cycle the famous Waterford Greenway, play golf, windsurfing and much more. Feel like culture? Castles, guided walks around Waterford city, historical sites, beautiful gardens and much more. Tramore is 10 minutes, Waterford is 15 minutes away, Dungarvan 30 minutes.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, WC with shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.
