Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Wanneer je in onze 180 jaar oude originele Hollandse woonboerderij verblijft, dan vindt je dit pas gerenoveerde ruime appartement voor 4 personen dat is gerealiseerd in de oude stallen van onze boerderij. Een heerlijke plek als uitvalsbasis met een eigen ingang om de omgeving te ontdekken.

All unsere bisherigen gäste bewerteten die Unterkunft als makellos. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem speziellen Schiff zum Urlauben und schlafen sind, dann sind Sie an der richtigen Stelle. Unser Schiff wurde komplett renoviert und bietet ein eigenes Bad in jedem Schlafzimmer. Im Steuerhaus können Sie endlos hinausschauen und entspanntdie schöne aussicht genießen. Es gibt eine schnelle Busverbindung nach Amsterdam und Umgebung. Einkaufs möglichkeiten in der in der Nähe.

This old-Dutch farm house is situated on a little island with it's own bridge. With the city on a 15 minutes distance, you'd be surprised of the calm and serene atmosphere. We offer the use of an electric boat to explore the surroundings. The surrounded nature is ideal for ice skating, cycling and boat trips. We have a canoe you can use in front of the house. It's great to combine your trip to Amsterdam with the relaxing environment of Watergang Very family friendly

Studio in Amsterdam Area: "Horizon Hideaway"

Brand new! Very tastefully decorated studio with panoramic views in a rural area, yet a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The studio is located in the garden of a beautiful modern houseboat (which can sometimes also be booked during the summer holidays, if you're lucky!) on the other side of the Broekervaart and borders the meadows. The studio is accessible by its own private cable ferry. Free parking is available directly on the dike opposite the plot.

Super cosy apartment with garden!

This apartment is a real pearl for people that like Amsterdam but also like to stay in a quiet green area. The apartment got totally renovated 5 years ago into a sweet vintage jazzy crib :) You can play vinyls or listen to the birds in the nice private garden. The apartment is located in Amsterdam North. 15 min by bike or 20 min by public transport from Amsterdam Central Station. Supermarkets around the corner and surrounded by beautifull nature.

"Koetshuis Monnickendam" gelegen in het oude historische centrum van Monnickendam. Beschikt over een grote keuken uitgerust met een gasfornuis, heteluchtoven, magnetron en vaatwasmachine. Er is een grote badkamer en het verblijf heeft een slaapkamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden, geschikt voor 4 volwassen. High-speed internet is beschikbaar. Monnickendam heeft een goede verbinding. Amsterdam ligt op slechts 15 km afstand van de woning.

We heten je graag welkom op ons fantastische schip Norderney! Gelegen in de haven van Monnickendam, op steenworp afstand van het historische centrum met leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Volendam, Edam, Hoorn en Amsterdam zijn goed bereikbaar en je kunt heerlijk wandelen en fietsen in de mooie omgeving. Genieten in een prachtige setting, tijd en aandacht voor elkaar. Een romantische en geweldige belevenis die je niet snel vergeet.

Vrijstaand gastenverblijf in de binnenstad van het pittoreske stadje Monnickendam. Op de plaats waar vroeger de rookhokken van de haring en makreel stonden, is in 2021 een modern en vrijstaand gastenverblijf gebouwd. U heeft een eigen opgang met een tuin. 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, airco, keuken, wasmachine/droger maken uw verblijf comfortabel en aangenaam. Er is een steiger op 20 meter afstand l waar uw boot kan liggen.

The Surla Houseboat in Monnickendam. Our houseboats are fully equipped, 100% ecological (dry toilet) and self-sufficient. Luxury, comfort and respect for nature come together. We would like to welcome you on our Surla houseboat to create beautiful memories with this unique experience. In the summer, Surla takes responsibility for mooring the houseboat on open water. (weather dependent and no rights can be derived from it).

Historical sailing ship Monnickendam and Amsterdam

Welcome on board of our historical sailing ship "Chateauroux", in the summer sailing the Dutch waters and docked in the historical harbour town Monnickendam (20 min from Amsterdam) or in Amsterdam. Experience the unique and free way of living on the water, like many local Monnickendammers and Amsterdammers do. Our skipper will be happy to tell you all about the ship, sailing and the city.
