Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Lakefront Cozy Cabin - Watertown Kampeska

This lakefront cabin is freshly remodeled in 2013, and includes all the amenities! Warm colors, dog friendly, plenty of parking, great for a summer getaway with the crew, or a winter getaway with the family. Room to beach or anchor a boat, and if the lake is frozen, perfect location to wake right up and head out on the ice to fish. Kayaks available for use! Bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and there is a loveseat and couch in the living room. Two cots also available to sleep additional people.

The Hangar-1/2 House 1/2 ManCave

Whether you are coming to the Watertown area for pleasure or business, hunting or fishing, golfing or boating, the hospital or the airport, shopping or entertainment, the aquatic center or the zoo, a family reunion or a getaway from family (Ha Ha!), your stay will be fun, comfortable, and relaxing in this spacious and unique abode! This “Shouse” is a home with a man cave—complete with a dog washing station, luxurious beds w/ brand new linens, full baths w/ double shower jets, and a soaker tub!

Cozy 2-Bed, 2-Bath Home

Located in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Area College, this split-level duplex unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional room in the basement. Each bedroom can sleep two; there is a sofa bed in the bonus room and a couch in the living room to sleep additional people. Each bedroom has a queen bed and closet space. The dining room includes a dinner table, which is expandable. If booked for over 7 days, we offer a 15% discount. If booked for over 28 days, we offer a 35% discount.

Cabin #5-The Cottage

Tranquil getaway with home comforts including furnished kitchen w/appliances, Farm style seating for 4, reclining loveseat, queen bed, beautiful bathroom. Cute front porch, side patio w/table for six, portable firepit. Surrounded by trees/privacy fence. Available year-round. Queen bed, linens/towels. Housekeeping not provided unless the stay is more than one week.  At that time, we will clean the linens/towels & entire space & charge an additional $25.  Same weekly pattern for extended stays.

Doc's Apartment

Doc's Apartment is located in the "heart of Watertown" on Kemp Avenue and Broadway Street. Walking distance to The Goss Opera House, Watertown Brewing Co., Dempsey's Brewery, Pub & Restaurant, Harry's and the Hideaway. Gather Coffee Shop & many boutiques, Foundation Plaza Park, features live music each Thursday night during the summer months. You will be steps away from Signature mainstreet events such as; Vintigues Car Show, Watertown's 4th of July Parade and more.....enjoy your stay!

South Lake Haven

South Lake Haven is a sportsman’s paradise and perfect for family getaways. Located across the street from Lake Kampeska, it features a top-tier game/fish cleaning station and lots of sportsman amenities along with ample trailer parking. Shopping and activities for the kids (Children's Museum, SDSU Ag Museum and Redlin Center) are close by in Watertown and Brookings. Or, hang out at the farm, watch the chickens peck in the grass, and roast marshmallows in fire pit.

Kampeska Lakefront Cottage

You will have access to one side of this lakefront duplex located directly on the lake. This property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer as well as a fully furnished kitchen. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beautiful Lake Kampeska. Bonus: Enjoy a massage in your very own massage chair located in one of the bedrooms.
