Nestled in the White Mountains region of NH, our getaway has easy access to 93 and is close to three ski, hiking, and golf mountains, (as seasons allow!). Cuddle up with your own private fire pit, fireplace, entertainment systems, kitchen, laundry, and more! We set out to create a peaceful stay with room for the whole family to relax after a long day of exploring, hiking, and adventuring in NH.

Enjoy year-round outdoor & indoor activities and access to the Waterville Estates Recreational Center with one guest pass included. A one-time $150 pet fee applies for our furry friends. Waterville Valley Getaway A peaceful getaway for any season, park your car upon arrival and don't use it again until you leave! Surrounded by nature and also wonderful amenities. The White Mountain Athletic Club is steps away - as a member guest you can access the pools, workout center and other amenities for a small guest fee. Town Center is a short walk with great restaurants and other conveniences. Hiking options abound. At night, hit the jacuzzi tub and relax in front of a cozy fire.

Welcome to Alder House! Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, our retreat promises a cozy escape. Featuring three inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recently renovated kitchen, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on the serene back deck with Adirondack rockers and an outdoor dining table. Just a heads-up, access to all bedrooms requires using stairs. 🐶 Pets are welcome for a $100 fee. ❄️ Winter months: 4WD or AWD is recommended for the driveway.
