It is close by The Grove hotel, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Leavesden film studios, & links to London via public transport & the M25

We have two bathrooms and a small garden for you to enjoy. All amenities are nearby including shops, award winning park and traditional local pub. Parking is free on request.

Just 5 mins drive to Watford Junction (16-min trains to London), a short walk along the canal to pubs and supermarket, and 12 min drive to Harry Potter Studios. Rickmansworth Aquadrome, Cassiobury Park, The Grove, and Harlequin Shopping Mall are all nearby.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
