Nestled in the pines of the beautiful Sierra Foothills this quaint, country cottage is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer. It has a bedroom and a bonus room with two additional beds. Step outside your door for a cup of coffee at the gazebo, view of the horse pasture with deer, wild turkey and all of the wildlife that we enjoy! This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). We are so glad to share our darling cottage near Yosemite National Park with you! The home is located just 20 minutes away from the south entrance of Yosemite, 8 minutes to the swimming beach at Bass Lake, and 2 minutes away from the town of Oakhurst with its restaurants, cafes, galleries and grocery stores. The home has a spacious hot tub in the back and is surrounded by massive granite boulders, giving you the true feeling of being in the Sierras.

Hilltop Cottage is a private home on a hilltop in the quaint mountain town of Mariposa. During the summer months you can sit out on our deck and listen to Music On the Green in the Mariposa Art Park while enjoying a glass of one of our local wines. Or, perhaps, take a short walk to a number of our tasty restaurants or bars! Our cottage has comfy beds, a beautiful kitchen, and cozy living spaces...you'll wish your stay was much longer!!!
