Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Just make yourself at home!

This quaint 1960’s farmhouse sits beside a beautiful old magnolia tree. There is a complete kitchen and dining room alongside a comfortable living room with wi-if, a tv, and record player. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. The den has a fireplace and pull out sleeper sofa. The highlight of this house is the large screened in porch looking out across the cow pasture.

NEW FENCE & GARAGE PORT! Welcome to Styna's Place. This house has 3 bedrooms and 1 lovely bathroom. This home is newly renovated, the house has been in my family for over 40 years so it was time for an upgrade from the outside paint to the new vinyl floors. This home includes a nice dining area for 6 people. Brand new washer and dryer for our guests to use to do laundry throughout their stay. It sleeps 5 people comfortably.

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.
