Take a break to unwind and explore the beauty of NE Pennsylvania and the Upper Delaware River . Our Cozy Cottage is the perfect place to base all of your local adventures! Situated on a quiet, country road with very little traffic you will enjoy the beautiful countryside setting and sounds of nature. Centrally located in Wayne County we are just a short drive to many things to do! Honesdale, Hawley, Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Bethel Woods, Delaware River, Prompton State Park for starters.

Cozy studio cottage on a country road. Loft for extra guest / big kids. Adjacent to Soaring Eagle campground: kayak/tube tours, river access day pass, snacks, supplies. 10 min to Callicoon, NY: restaurants, pubs, groceries, gas, bank, pharmacy, laundromat, shopping, movie theater. 15 min to French Woods Camp 30 min to Bethel Woods (Woodstock Festival site) *EARLY IN / LATE OUT BY REQUEST $25/hr Pay in Resolution Center Please book your stay with the correct number of guests. Pondhouse Paradise in NE PA (101 mi NYC)

1950s rustic cabin in the woods ~880 sq ft on private road w/9 total neighbors. New kitchen, cookware, 2 bath, stocked with spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, hair care & full laundry. Window fans keeps house AC cool. Heated with wood burning stove & baseboard heat only (will be colder in fall/winter). Note: Purchased fixer in 2016 & have been fixing it up & sharing it w/folks ever since. All homes are over 110 years old & could be in process of renovations but we aren’t made aware in advance

Camp Callicoon

Kick back & relax in this calm, cozy Catskills space 2 hrs from NYC. 5 minutes from downtown Callicoon, our home is tucked away on a hilltop overlooking gorgeous pastures. Sometimes, the cows come to say hi! Take a walk to the nearby cidery, enjoy a fire inside or out, and give yourself time to breathe. We’re a short drive to Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, Callicoon Center — and other spots that are making Sullivan County such a special place. We can share some faves no matter the season!

Modern cottage just steps from Lake Wallenpaupack

Newly renovated 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage that sleeps 4. Kitchen is fully equipped including oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker/kcups, and toaster. The cottage sits on a .50 acre of land with a fire pit and adirondack seating perfect for an evening of smores. Lake Wallenpaupack is a 2 minute walk from the cottage. The Community has lake rights, with its own private beach and access to the lake, which guest will be welcomed to use. Restaurants, Ski resorts and boat rentals near.

“The Lookout” Cabin Getaway in the Poconos!

The Lookout cabin was a new renovation, as of September 2018. It is set up as one large, open space. It has a rustic, woodsy atmosphere. There is a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a sleep loft with a new full size mattress. The main bed is a queen size memory foam mattress (underneath the loft) and there is a convertible loveseat futon as well. Can sleep 6, but there is an additional charge of $25 per person over 4. Beautiful area close to 4 lakes, hiking, skiing, and scenic beauty.

This treehouse adventure takes the "Glamping" experience to a whole new level…Your treehouse escape is nestled in a private forest, alongside wide creek frontage. This unique experience includes a screened-in area outside heated and air-conditioned sleeping quarters, an indoor composting toilet, and an outdoor shower. ATV friendly area with a short drive to access the OandW Rail Trail in Lackawanna, PA. use bunk beds at your own risk. Explore the Delaware River, surrounding lakes and beautiful countryside landscapes.
