The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Honey Mooners log cabin apartment, located with a Smoky Mountains stunning view, is the lower living quarters which is completely separated from the upper level. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Spacious with a cozy living room, dinning room, one bedroom with king size bed, and a relaxing sunroom. Sofa bed. One full bathroom with linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and gas fireplace, fire-pit, laundry and a full kitchen set up. Pets must be approved before booking.

Farmer's Wife Guest House located on a 55-acre working vegetable farm close to Lake Logan, Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, and Asheville, NC. This cozy and beautifully decorated space is close to 3 Country Clubs and golf courses. Located just off of Highway 215, known for the Lake Logan Triathlon Bike Course and with-in walking distance to the Pigeon River for fishing, swimming, and tubing. Private trails for jogging, a peaceful walk, or picnic among panoramic views.

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.
