East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

The main house is situated nearby (the back of the house is roughly 8 meters away) The Dragons Nest and relaxing garden patio / bbq area is screened off with living forest walls so you can enjoy your privacy. 🌳

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout.
