Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Relax in your kingsize bed, or unwind in the rainfall shower after a busy day visiting Castle Howard, Scampston Hall, Sledmere House, the coast, York, or wandering the Moors. Kettle and toaster (no oven), fridge, TV and high-speed WiFi provided.

As dusk falls, put your feet up, enjoy the warmth and stillness, then step outside to marvel at the North York Moors Dark Skies.

It's only 0.3 mile short potter down to the award winning sandy Filey beach as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips!

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. Elm Tree Cottage at Cottage Farm has been beautifully restored to a very good standard, with quality furnishings and décor which retains the traditional cottage feel. The cottage is all on the ground floor, has its own beautiful private garden and parking for 1 car. Directions it is in the village of Foxholes please turn into Cottage Farm off the main road and Elm tree cottage is in the far left hand corner of the forecourt just up the 2 large steps , you will see the cottage sign.
