A Quiet Place

This house sits back off the road on a private wooded lot. There's a wrap around porch to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The open living room provides a 360 view of the wooded lot. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms there is plenty of room for 6 people, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 bedroom in the finished basement. It's 5 mins to Lake Ontario & Irondequoit Bay, 20 mins from downtown Rochester, 45 mins to the Finger Lake Region. Perfect location to visit the Rochester area.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Peaceful place is centrally located within 3 miles of both the 590 and 490 entrance. While staying cook your meals in the robust tiny kitchen featuring a Cuisinart micro/oven and cookware to prepare meals, coffee maker, toaster, cooktop. The apartment has a dedicated workspace, a large bathroom and dressing room and a private toilet room. The queen bed has a very comfortable mattress made without chemical foams. The tv area has a pop up table to dine at. The laundry room is free to use.
