Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Close to Wells, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-Super-Mare & the beautiful cities of Bath & Bristol. Perfect location for bird watching (see the starling murmurations Nov-Feb) nature walks & the famous traditional Wilkins Cider Farm is an easy stroll.The cottage has amazing views with own patio area & wildlife pond. Very tranquil, good for couples, solo adventurers, remote working.

Sweet Little Barn Annex

A private and rural location in the pretty village of Wedmore makes this the perfect location to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and historic towns and villages in the area. Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

Situated on a quiet lane yet just a couple of minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Wedmore with its pubs, shops and restaurants, Rose Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Further afield, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and the sea are all within easy reach. Ideally located between Wells, Cheddar & Glastonbury, with lots of walking & cycling trails, there’s plenty to see and do in this tranquil spot. Or, take the time to unwind and make yourself at home indoors by the wood-burner and in the spacious outdoor seating area with views of a traditional Somerset orchard. Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Refurbished, bright, spacious one bedroom barn conversion, located up a peaceful country lane, just a moments walk from the centre of the thriving, quaint village of Wedmore. Shared drive with parking for one vehicle and own private patio. Opportunity to sit and star gaze, birdwatch or just enjoy a peaceful drink outdoors. Also moments away from three great pubs and several charming cafes and eateries. Wedmore is a stunning central location from which to explore all of Somerset.

Clover Hill Barn, Westbury-sub-Mendip

Clover Hill Barn is a self contained fully heated converted 19th century barn situated in the centre of the peaceful Somerset village of Westbury-sub-Mendip. Located within a private walled garden, the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and dining area. Climb the spiral staircase to relax in the sitting area with views to the Mendips and Somerset Levels and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the super king size bed.

Tranquil retreat in a beautiful Somerset village

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.

An art-filled Romantic Retreat in rural Somerset

Hill Head Retreat is a gem of a cottage, ideal for couples or single travellers alike. It lies in the heart of the Somerset countryside, a short one mile drive or beautiful walk to the village of Wedmore. It has been sympathetically restored with much of the original eighteenth-century architecture preserved by its Interior Designer & Artist owners, knitting together the spirit of country living with considered contemporary styling.

Cosy country cottage

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
