If you want to relax and still be in the city, this is the place to be, suitable for winter and summer. The city center can be reached by underground within 20 minutes. The house offers beds for up to 7 people and is suitable for groups and families. However, it can also be a hideaway for couples. The house is close to the lake "Alte Donau" that offers a cooling swim in summer. There are lots of other possibilities for sport (riding bikes, jogging,...). Bila supermarket 5 mins walk from house.

Ideal zu zweit, bis zu drei Pärchen, zwei Familien - oder einfach als Home-Office. Eine Sauna im Aussenbereich lädt ein zum Schwitzen und danach zum Sprung in den See.
