We are located on the Kokrobite stretch of the Attah-Mills by pass otherwise known as 'Old barrier' or close to Kings University college. Our environment is peaceful and serene. The Densu river runs quite close or behind the apartment. The grass and shrubs along the river is green and lush providing a beautifully natured environment with bird chirpings and rare view of natural duck or swans once in a while. Rooms are cool and fitted with AC. There is DSTV and wifi for homestayers at subscription

For a quiet and relaxing vacation. The 2 bedroom house is one of 4 apartments situated on the compound with 24-hour security man guard. Outside we have a large dinning table, with spectacular river and mountain views.

Our deluxe rooms feature a King-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, a nice balcony with a city and lake view, and a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, griller, and electric kettle. There is also a shared sitting area that's very posh and comfy. You also have access to a washing machine to take care of all your laundry needs. There is a backup generator available in case of power outages.
