This small remodeled home is located on a farm close to town. It is has some traffic noises. You will hear farm tools and farm animals. Enjoy nature and city sights of Rome, while also resting well and enjoying fishing, swimming and farm animals. You will find some original features in the home, mostly renovated. I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.
