The lake front cottage is located on a private estate 1 mile south of Sanford airport, 4 miles to Sanford historic district, and 3 miles from Boombha Sports Complex. This cottage has a Fully equipped kitchen, light bright liv/din area, screened wrap around porch. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or weekend get away. While staying at the cottage you are welcome to enjoy our paddle boards and kayaks. Also catch and release fishing. No pets. Discounts for non-refundable cancellations.

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Located on Mount Dora's Famous Boat House Row, right in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, where you can roll out of bed and walk a few steps to one of the quaint coffee shops. The Boat House was once a tin boat shed with floors open to the water and housed two boats. Today, you will find warm, cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, a quiet location and sunsets every evening!

The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella North)
