Private room and bathroom

My husband is gone most of the day and I work from home and I also, have a full time job outside of the home. We have 3 Labrador dogs. One is 3 years old and one is 5 years old the other is 7 years old. Our home is great if you are needing a place for a couple of nights or a few weeks.You are welcome to use the kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself. Please check the distance to where you are wanting to be at. We have a strict cancellation policy. I am currently, not accepting any dogs.

Very Clean Private Room & Bath in Modern Townhouse

Feel confident you’ll have a safe, clean and comfortable place to rest. My place is a newer townhouse finished in Oct 2016. I may be about $10 more than a "bed for the night" place but my place is very comfortable and highly reviewed. You’ll have a nice bedroom w/private bathroom in the room. I welcome guests to use the kitchen & dining table. I’m close to public transport and a short 10 minute drive to downtown FoCo/CSU. I also rent the basement of my home which is separate from your space.

Great place with lots of room for fun! Located 20 miles from Jackson Lake State Park.Very family friendly, with a very private hot tub area, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a 65" TV, and a TV in each bedroom. Very comfortable beds and bedding. You can enjoy the swing, tree house, or fire pit with wood supplied in the front yard. Home is located on private property next to the host's private residence. There are 2 entrances, one in the front and a more private rear entrance.

Very large corner ensuite room with private bathroom. Room for both sleeping as well as relaxing! Includes walk-in closet, dresser, loveseat, large leather chair with ottoman, and a desk and work chair. Private ensuite bathroom includes 2 sinks, with separate room for toilet and large tiled walk-in shower. Room is private, at the end of a long hallway, away from the other guest rooms. This room is perfect for both short stays as well as longer visits.

Windsor is a nice quaint town located between Fort Collins (15 min), Loveland (5 min) and Greeley (20 min). 45 min to Denver. 1 hr to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Short walk or drive to downtown Windsor offers you a lot. There's a beautiful lake where you can walk/bike around, boat, fish, or paddle board. Seasonal farmers market. Main st is lined with boutique shops, restaurants, and taverns.
