Private garden and footpath leading to trust has own Café serves food and alcohol. holiday relaxation looking over open fields - rest, visit many local attractions a great home from home if you're working in the area with 200MB internet. 2 single folding bed mattress foam with a panda topper, no smoking .

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A modern annex, situated in a quiet residential location with a separate entrance. Parking on the drive for one car, free parking on the road. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!
