We offer a warm modern self-contained spacious one-bedroom unit, with option to hire a paddock and stable to bring your best friend away on holiday with you.... "Now you can actually have a holiday in the city with your best friend next door". Only half an hour drive to central Wellington, 15 minutes to Johnsonville. Family and fur babies friendly place, with golf course, mountain bike and bridle tracks next door, bush walks, a grass dressage arena. We can also arrange horse riding/lessons.

Stylish studio, perfect for those who need a comfortable sleep and convenience. Walking distance to the beach, bush, shops, restaurants & theatres. This space is also used as a music studio; there is music gear stacked on the opposite side of the set up seen in the photos. Please ask for more details prior to booking if this can be an issue. This is our home, not a hotel grade AirBnB. You’ll find some of our items around but 3/4 of the space is dedicated to guests. Questions welcome.

Close to Wellington CBD and 10 minutes from the airport, this self-contained studio below the main house, is perfect for business travellers or if you are coming to the city for an event or getaway. Separate access at the side of the house and a short flight of 10 steps to the studio. Shared garden with the owners. Our friendly little dog and cat will welcome you to your city haven. Comfortable queen bed, access to laundry facilities available, and a desk to work at.

Spacious, sunny house in Wellington

My sunny, quiet home is close to the city (12 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride), it's a 3 bedroom house, which comfortably sleeps 4. Kid friendly. Ideal for a family with 2 kids. Close to zoo, Wellington Hospital & Island Bay. There are two resident cats called Dusky and Joey. They are both friendly and fine with kids, but if cats aren’t your thing this isn’t the place for you. They’ll let themselves in and out of the house but need feeding twice a day.
