Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Within walking distance to the town centre, Chapman’s Cottage has 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Retreat to the sitting room, perfect for adult conversation and a glass of red in front of the wood fire while the rest of your group enjoy the activities and free wifi in the family room. Come together in the country kitchen for meals. Walk in the beautiful cottage garden, pick fresh fruit and spend the evening around the fire pit under the stars.

Balingup Retreat is in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has three bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.
