The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Pretty, light, cosy, comfortable cottage. Set in beautiful cottage gardens and backing on to Gloucester National Park, the walking/biking options are endless. Open plan living area, Smart TV and Wifi. Enjoy the restful bedroom with queen bed, fine cotton sheets, quality bedding and lovely view over the garden. In the luxurious bathroom you can soak in the antique claw foot bath or shower in the seperate cubicle. Heated towel rail, a range of toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels are provided.

Balingup Retreat is in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has four bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.
