Your own private farm and earthy retreat with loads of river frontage and glorious views. The Tyers River is fed from Mt Baw Baw snow fields and offers great trout fishing. Sections of the river are shallow in summer and relatively safe for kids. The farm is horse friendly with stables. Outdoor dining and quiet and secluded meditation spaces make this a great option for small groups on retreat. Kayaks, walking tracks. Rawson MTB tracks are a 5 min bike ride. The Walhalla pub is a 25 min drive.

Walking distance to the supermarket, coffee shop, playground & skate park & yet only a 5 min drive to the 90 mile beach. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed & bunk beds. There is a front undercover verandah as well as a back deck. Enjoy an open fire, BBQ & all the comforts of home. You will likely see local wildlife including kangaroos and native birds.
