This cottage is 300 years old and has a wonderful inglenook fireplace and old beams. There is a great village pub just 400 yards away, which is dog friendly. There are lovely country walks straight from the cottage. We are next door to the property which is semi detached. We will welcome you on arrival but then leave you entirely to enjoy your holiday. We are always on hand to offer advice and tips for your holiday. One well behaved dog is always welcome. We charge £30 for a dog please.

There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
