The Ocean Suite is inspired by the bold ever changing surface of the tides in a combination of aqua, sea-blue & white-water color palette. The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, & is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning & bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Enjoy your own private one bedroom, one bath, with a private deck. Free off street parking. Located in Saco within walking distance of downtown. 7 min drive to Old Orchard Beach. We decorated with a Bohemian Treehouse style. Perfect size for a single person or couple. We brought some of our most cherished art and plants from our own home. Enjoy!

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
