Avocet cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 2 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony and sea views right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with cast iron table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony. The second floor hosts two single beds

'Hushwing' is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe attached to our family home. Built in 2018 it offers light, spacious accommodation with under floor heating throughout. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

We bought Malvern in 2016 and have lovingly renovated it to create a fabulous family home. The kitchen/dining/family room is perfect for socialising with friends and family and the 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bath/shower rooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.
