Apt #5 is one of 10 units in this renovated building - former home of the City Hall of Ottawa built in early 1900's. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a roomy bathroom w/tub. The kitchen that is supplied with the basic kitchen supplies - coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans. The WIFI service is excellent. The Old City Hall is located 1 block from the downtown Main Street ---- local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rail-trails are very close for the runners, bikers, and hikers

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.

BlueJacket Crossing Vineyard is a small, family vineyard located in Northeast Kansas, west of Kansas City, just 5 miles east of Lawrence, Kansas home of the University of Kansas. The space is designed as a small apartment adjacent to the Winery. The 1st floor houses the Living Room (with TV/Cable/Internet), Queen Fold Out Sofa, Small Kitchenette, Breakfast Bar, & Bathroom/Shower. The 2nd floor is the Master Bedroom with King Bed, & French Doors to a Deck overlooking the Vineyard.

We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
