A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Here, where chickens cluck loudly mooing cows and children can enjoy the outdoors can be the true holiday relaxation. Our holiday apartments with a floor space of 45m² each, our four newly furnished and fully equipped apartments.

The holiday apartment Häuslerhof Betula is located in the quiet village of Niederdorf (Villabassa) and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. This 58 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Wir befinden uns in Aufkirchen, ca. 1,5 km vom Ortszentrum von Toblach entfernt. Unser neues Appartement in ruhiger Lage bietet einen atemberaubenden Dolomiten Blick mit Sonnenterrasse. Wir verfügen über 2 Schlafzimmer. Davon ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Etagenbett und optionalem Zustellbett. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit besteht auf der komfortablen Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
