Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home .A 2 minute walk from the train station and a short walk from the centre of Newtown itself. A great base to discover everything Mid Wales has to offer. On street parking is available and there is a car park to the rear offering 24 hour parking for a fee. The property is a 3 storey building with a bedroom on each floor, the living room, kitchen and bathroom are situated on the ground floor. Good views.

Chapel Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!

Penylan farmhouse is part of a large Georgian house built in the late 18th century alongside the beautiful Vyrnwy river valley overlooking Meifod in Montgomeryshire, Mid Wales, with 6 bedrooms, room for friends and families from any number up to 12 people.
