Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

Welcome to Morningstar! Located right in the heart of Amsterdam. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Een sprookjesachtig huisje aan het water in een oase van rust. Geniet op de houten veranda van een wijntje of warme chocomelk bij de haard met een fantastisch uitzicht over de polder. Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.
