Στο ΠΕΡΙΣΤΕΡΙ , σε ενα απο τα ωραιοτερα προαστια της Αθηνας. 90τ.μ , με ανεξαρτητη εισοδο ,ιδανικό για διαμονη (επαγγελματικη, οικογενειακη, κλπ) . -3 λεπτά απο το Μετρό Ανθούπολης -2 λεπτά απο το Άλσος Περιστερίου (Εκθεσ.Κεντρο) - 15 λεπτά απο το κέντρο της Αθηνας. Ανάμεσα σε 2 super markets, φουρνο ,εστιατορια,καφετεριες, εμπορικα κλπ.
