Red Rum is a ground floor studio comprising of two super king bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and lounge that opens onto your own private, fully fenced courtyard with patio furniture. With luxurious amenities and thoughtful chic furnishings, the studio provides a cosy haven for comfort and simplicity. Additional features include Wi-Fi, a spacious car park, with an EV charger. Our tennis courts, pickleball courts and a playground are all just a two minute drive away.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

A great location with easy access to Sheringham town centre, the beach is within 1 mile, and the beautiful woodland at Pretty Corner is a super nature trail with excellent walks, making it perfect for hikers, dogs or just a fun place for kids to run around.

Solo visitors, couples & dog friendly !

Cozy and quirky, Olive Lodge is a peaceful countryside hideaway for couples or solo travelers. Explore North Norfolk’s beaches, villages, and Sandringham—all just 15 minutes away. The property is in a very rural location and a car is essential as there are no walking routes / shops nearby. We only accept 1 small / medium dog - please do not ask to add more than 1 dog as we are unable to accommodate due to the property being so compact.
