You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We've created a private little one-bedroom homestay in our backyard. You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. You'll also have the enjoyment of a smart TV in both your bedroom and lounge area. Not to mention it's all been beautifully styled with our retro furniture and trinkets.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Yallingup Pure Living (Breakfast and Free Wifi)

The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request. You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
